I thank OMNI for investing in youth survey planning and administration in Boulder County. OMNI continuously creates and nurtures trust in public health. OMNI has built and supported a team of dedicated staff who perform in the school and community trenches. The data elicited from these youth surveys, the youth-strengthening initiatives inspired, and the positive trends in youth well being, all make OMNI and its team valuable partners in our quest for a healthy Boulder County.
The work OMNI has done for Grand Futures Prevention Coalition has been key to our success and progress. Paramount is the evaluation and reporting on the Healthy Kids Colorado Survey, but we also rely on OMNI for assistance with other surveys, focus groups, grant applications and a variety of social science research. It’s like having another (very capable) person on our staff!

… I really appreciated the Leadership Practicum and felt it was such a great way to strengthen my leadership skills. I was really able to take some time for self-reflection and felt the service provided by OMNI was extremely beneficial in this type of nonprofit work.
Our Regional Prevention Coordinator (RPC) has gotten myself and my organization where we need to be. She has coached us on program design, evaluation, prevention theory, and sustainability. She includes staff in the planning process, making sure that the training topic, technique and schedule is appropriate for the group’s needs. I want to sing praises for OMNI’s RPS program (Regional Prevention Services) in general. In remote and rural areas of the state, there are limited options for professional training and technical assistance. The RPC brings those opportunities to our communities, where they are accessible to those who need them. Many thanks to DBH (Division of Behavioral Health) who has chosen to support this program.
