    • Colorado Integrated Youth Survey - Three surveys that in the past have been conducted individually by three state agencies are now being conducted in one integrated survey process. Included in this integrated survey process are the Youth Tobacco Survey, the combined survey from Youth Risk Behavior Survey and the Colorado Youth Survey. The combined survey is a single instrument.

    • Colorado Youth Survey - The Colorado Youth Survey (CYS) has been an important method of assessing and monitoring youth substance use and predictive factors in Colorado since 1998. The Risk and Protective Factor Model provides the theoretical basis of the survey, a theoretical framework developed from 25 years of research conducted by the Social Development Research Group at the University of Washington. CYS was also used in the SISSCO project.

    • Custom Surveys - OMNI works with school districts or communities to develop surveys that can focus on specific areas of interest. These surveys are grounded in theoretical models, e.g., Social Development Model, and draw on a vast pool of validated survey scales.
