Ana P. Nunes, PhD, is a Senior Researcher and has been with OMNI since July 2013. Ana is currently responsible for the management of a research project measuring workplace-related outcomes of Employment Assistance Programs. She is also involved in projects involving adult and child substance use prevention and early intervention. Ana joined OMNI after conducting employment discrimination research abroad as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of Lisbon, Portugal. Prior to receiving her doctorate in social psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, she directed employment discrimination matched pair testing studies for the Discrimination Research Center in Berkeley, CA, and conducted housing discrimination investigations using the matched pair testing methodology for Project Sentinel in Palo Alto, CA.
