The OMNI Foundation is the philanthropic arm of OMNI Institute and is dedicated to the dissemination of research based information and provision of free or low cost evaluation services to non-profit service providers. A portion of the revenues generated through the work of OMNI Institute is used to support the provision of pro bono research and evaluation services to community-based organizations and groups that would otherwise be unable to afford such services. Through these efforts, OMNI hopes to develop the research and evaluation capacity of smaller and/or newly-formed programs and community groups. OMNI also works closely with the staffs of programs to transfer the skills and technology needed to build capacity and improve service delivery. In addition to providing pro bono evaluation, the OMNI Foundation sponsors conferences related to social issues and evaluation and provides scholarships to outstanding research students.
