OMNI employs full- and part-time employees, including senior research staff, research associates, assistants and support staff. Its research staff possesses content expertise in areas such as delinquency and crime, community organizing, sustainable development, youth development, and minority health disparities and are skilled in a range of qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
