ETO™ Software Implementation

We partner with you to tailor newly purchased ETO™ software to your unique programming, allowing you to input and access information about individuals and programs quickly and efficiently. Our team strives to understand your workflow and systems, as well as the challenges you face. Our aim is to configure ETO™ in a way that fulfills your current data management needs, and can evolve with you and your programs.

Customized Reports

We understand that reporting can be time- and resource-intense; our custom reports pull the information you want in seconds If the standard reports available with purchase of ETO™ software don't satisfy all your reporting requirements, we develop customized reports that pull and display your data to make them meaningful to you, your staff and funders.

Training & Technical Assistance

We deliver customized training and technical assistance on your ETO™ software. Our trainings are designed to meet you where you are, ranging from features and functions of your ETO™ software, to utilizing data to inform programmatic decision-making. Our trainings emphasize information and examples specific to your organization.

Site Administration

We provide ongoing ETO™ site administration for those without an in-house software administrator on staff, or for ETO™ site administrators in need of additional support.

Data Migration

We move your existing data housed in other data management systems and upload them into ETO™.

Consulting

We are available to conduct a systematic review of data systems currently in place, including your existing ETO™ software configuration if needed, to help identify real and perceived barriers to data management, and make recommendations for addressing gaps and challenges.

Evaluation, Performance Management & Other Services
