Through the provision of high-quality, client-centered research, training and evaluation services, OMNI seeks to:

• contribute to a broader understanding of a variety of social issues,
• help to inform the effectiveness of social programs and strategies,
• strengthen and improve the larger service infrastructure and
• support and guide the adoption of more effective state and federal social policies.
