The Coalition Readiness and Effectiveness Assessment is a tool developed by OMNI Institute to be used by local coalitions to gauge how well the members of the coalition are working together and how effective the coalition is at addressing an issue in the community.

In addition to the assessment itself, OMNI has developed accompanying documents, including a toolkit on how to implement the assessment and template reports to share results with community members.
