Erica is a skilled behavioral health professional with over five years of experience directing clinical operations to enhance service delivery, focusing on community outreach and health equity. With a strong foundation in project management, Erica has successfully managed multiple behavioral health and clinical research projects, utilizing advanced data analysis programs such as SAS, R, SPSS, and NVivo to conduct and interpret both quantitative and qualitative research. Her strategic leadership ensures the effective implementation of change management processes, which are integral in sustaining a culture of health and improving client care. Erica works cross-functionally to provide clinical leadership and policy direction for outpatient treatment programs while ensuring compliance with medical practice standards.
In her role as a Researcher, Erica provides evaluation support and data analysis across OMNI’s behavioral health and community health initiatives. She combines her expertise as a licensed mental health professional and behavioral health scientist to offer direct clinical support to a diverse range of populations, including individuals in addiction recovery, older adults, and those dealing with perinatal and post-natal mental health challenges or serious mental illness (SMI). Erica has also served as a research/project coordinator on federally funded projects and as a co-evaluator for non-profit partners, contributing valuable insights and ensuring the effectiveness of interventions within the behavioral health space.
When not at work, Erica enjoys building Lego sets, traveling, volunteering, and being creative!
