Weld County: Summary of the Status of Health and Education

The Weld Trust contracted with OMNI to conduct a county-level scan of education and health indicators to inform areas of opportunity for investment. Using secondary data sources, OMNI generated two reports to highlight strengths and potential areas to improve health and education in Weld County.
