OMNI Institute is committed to helping individuals and organizations realize their potential and maximize the impact of their efforts.

OMNI collaboratively guides and supports teams and organizations in assessing their communities’ most pressing needs, engaging vested partners and allies to build coalitions, developing strategic plans, and defining logic models and theories of change.  We also specialize in offering customizable trainings and programs that foster the socio-emotional skills of the diverse community members and leaders who help build and sustain strong communities.

Our Learning and Development staff have experience establishing relationships with community leaders, coalitions, and other vested partners across urban, rural, frontier, and tribal communities. They are experts in the application of adult learning theory and other frameworks to support holistic workforce training and leadership development.

Our Services

We support clients in two primary areas:  (1) Strategic Planning and Facilitation to help organizations understand community needs, effectively engage vested partners, and identify and advance strategy; and  (2) Training and Coaching to help individuals and teams be leaders in their organizations and communities.

  • Flexibly designed leadership coaching services, ranging from one-day sessions to longer, more intensive practicums

Strategic Planning & Facilitation

For the past 20 years, OMNI has facilitated organization and community strategic planning processes, with an emphasis on data driven planning, logic model design, strong client relationships, and coalition building. Our skilled practitioners lead organizations and communities through collaborative, inclusive processes to identify vision, mission, and strategies; and to develop the tools to translate these into observable efforts and impacts.

Community Needs Assessments:
We help organizations identify their unique community assets, surface gaps and needs, and create a shared prioritization of issues.

Strategic Planning & Visioning:
Working collaboratively with leaders and other vested partners, we guide groups through processes that include SWOT Analysis, Vision and Mission Planning, Logic Model Design, Evaluation Plan Development, Coalition Building, and Community-level Strategic Plans.

Facilitation:
We support our clients by facilitating their engagements with their community and leaders in community forums, board retreats, consensus building and decision making, creating shared meaning and productive collaboration, and community convening around difficult or sensitive topics.
