Wyoming Family Resource Centers Collective Impact Maps

OMNI serves as the evaluation partner for the Wyoming Family Resource Centers Collective (WYFRCC). Started by the Wyoming Children's Trust Fund, a board within the Wyoming Department of Family Services, the WYFRCC is a network of Family Resource Centers (FRCs) across Wyoming that was formed to enhance and sustain FRCs across the state.

The network supports FRCs through trainings, technical assistance, and collaborative connection and learning with the ultimate goal of supporting Wyoming individuals and families within their own communities.

As the first phase in the larger project, and in close collaboration with the WYFRCC itself and vested partners, OMNI facilitated the development of Impact Maps, or logic models, that will inform the WYFRCC’s theory of change and identify shared metrics of success.
