Project Description
Omni has partnered with The Colorado Trust through its Community Resilience Initiative to support Behavioral Health and Housing grantees in advancing the effectiveness and sustainability of their work. This support is delivered through a comprehensive capacity-building approach that includes individualized technical assistance and coaching, quarterly learning communities, and curated resource development and dissemination.
Omni’s technical assistance and coaching are grounded in principles of empowerment, adaptive leadership, and adult learning, and are tailored to each organization’s context, priorities, and pace. Early engagements begin with relationship building and collaborative identification of needs using structured assessment tools, followed by the development of a tailored technical assistance plan. Support spans the full lifecycle of projects, including startup, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and sustainability. This includes guidance on equitable practices, data-informed decision-making, community engagement strategies, action planning, and sharing outcomes for continuous improvement.
Quarterly learning communities offer grantees opportunities for peer learning, cross-organizational collaboration, and deeper exploration of shared topics of interest identified by participants. In tandem, Omni coordinates with the Colorado Trust, fellow capacity-building partners, and grantees to develop and share resources through accessible platforms such as Circle. These efforts aim to amplify organizational strengths, reduce duplication of effort, and strengthen collective impact.
Our goal is to meet each organization where they are and walk alongside them to strengthen what’s already working, introduce new tools and approaches, and build lasting capacity for equitable, community-rooted impact.
