Omni is proud to share the 2024 Key Informant Interviews report, developed in partnership with the Maricopa County Department of Public Health as part of their Community Health Needs Assessment. This qualitative study captured insights from 24 leaders across 15 sectors, offering rich, cross-cutting perspectives on the health issues and social conditions shaping their communities.

Rather than focusing solely on perceived needs, this project used the Community Capacity Assessment (CCA)—a core component of the MAPP 2.0 framework—to uncover not only challenges but also community strengths, assets, and cultural foundations. This strengths-based approach recognizes that solutions begin with what communities already have and know, emphasizing capacity as a critical driver of well-being and long-term change.
