About
As Senior Programs Manager for CiviCO from Omni, Leslie provides leadership over CiviCO's core portfolio of leadership and civic development programming — including the Governor's Fellowship, the Leadership Accelerator, and Purpose Hour convenings. She brings a systems-oriented, serve-first approach to program design and operations, ensuring that each initiative creates meaningful pathways for participants to grow as civic leaders and contribute to thriving communities.
Leslie joined CiviCO in 2020, initially leading programs and events for the Colorado Thought Leaders Forum before the organization merged with CiviCO, where she served as Chief Programs Officer. Across those roles, she built a reputation for operational excellence, authentic stakeholder relationships, and a deep commitment to participant experience.
Before CiviCO, Leslie spent several years as a consultant and fractional business manager serving small and mid-sized organizations across operations, project management, business development, and communications. Earlier in her career, she built expertise in global sourcing, product development, and market entry as a business owner and director with international scope.
Leslie holds a B.A. in Socio-Cultural Anthropology from Duke University and is a certified SpiralMethod Facilitator and Regenerative Design Lab practitioner.
