Pay Transparency with Salary Bands

We are committed to pay transparency and use salary bands as a structured approach to disclose compensation. These bands define specific salary ranges for each organizational level and include clear steps within each band. This standardizes salaries and reduces bias in individual compensation decisions. All staff in the same role have the same performance expectations and receive the same salary. We believe pay transparency helps reduce inequities across and within roles and builds trust by providing staff with clarity and confidence that they and their peers are being fairly compensated.

EDI and Resorative Practices in Performance Reviews and Feedback

At Omni, fostering EDI in performance reviews starts with clearly defined job competencies and transparent expectations. By establishing these standards, we create a fair and consistent foundation for evaluating staff performance. Our Calibration Committee further enhances this process by refining and standardizing review criteria, helping to ensure that all evaluations are objective and free from bias, supporting a workplace where everyone can thrive equitably.

We cultivate an inclusive and welcoming environment for all also through staff-crreated and facilitated affinity groups that connect team members with shared identities in supportive spaces that build relationships, engage in open conversations, and collaborate on initiatives that enhance cultural awareness and inclusivity across the organization.
