Project Objectives

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive evaluation framework to drive improvements in statewide opioid abatement strategies.

Project Description

Omni plays a central role in advancing North Dakota’s opioid response by designing and executing a rigorous evaluation plan for its State Opioid Response (SOR) initiatives. We created and manage a statewide survey system that captures monthly data from over 30 funded partners, providing timely insights into program outcomes and resource needs. This data allows us to identify emerging trends, monitor progress toward funding goals, and inform real-time strategy adjustments.

Our team also built a custom, interactive dashboard that equips the Behavioral Health Division with immediate access to GPRA indicators and key process and outcome metrics.

This tool supports evidence-based decision-making and provides a transparent view of how public resources are being used to address the opioid crisis. We continually enhance this system to ensure relevance, usability, and impact.

Beyond the data systems, Omni offers ongoing training and technical assistance tailored to partner needs, from 1:1 coaching to virtual learning sessions. By combining our evaluation expertise with a deep understanding of community realities, we help stakeholders translate complex data into strategies that are both responsive and effective.
