The strategic planning process, conducted in collaboration with local partners, aimed to address the opioid crisis, which has deeply impacted the community. Omni conducted a strengths and needs assessment, gathering data from various local entities, including law enforcement, health services, and community organizations. Through focus groups, a landscape analysis, and meetings with community leaders, the project identified critical gaps in services and opportunities for improvement, such as expanding access to treatment, enhancing prevention efforts, and strengthening recovery support systems.
