About
Benton’s educational training and applied epidemiological career center data as a storytelling mechanism to guide effective public health and behavioral health interventions. Benton analyzes large, complex datasets to better understand and visualize public health problems, centering equity, creativity, and humanness in the solution.
Prior to joining Omni, Benton worked as an overdose prevention epidemiologist in Baltimore City, a researcher at the National Cancer Institute, and a behavioral health consulting intern at The Steadman Group.
In his spare time, Benton loves to sing in a community choir and try cooking new recipes.
