About
Lindsay Houston, MPH, is a seasoned behavioral health strategist with extensive experience leading multi-year, federally funded initiatives aimed at advancing evidence-based practices—particularly in opioid use disorder prevention and treatment. As a Research Manager at Omni, she oversees diverse technical assistance, evaluation, and strategic planning efforts for local and state partners, including community health needs assessments and opioid settlement-funded projects. Lindsay brings deep expertise in facilitation, coalition building, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with public health, medical, and government entities to co-create solutions that improve community health outcomes.
Before joining Omni, Lindsay served as a Senior Behavioral Health Consultant, where she led groundbreaking initiatives across rural Colorado—such as implementing the state’s first community-based substance use paramedic program and expanding contingency management programs in MAT clinics statewide. Her work has shaped statewide funding priorities and earned national recognition from HRSA. Lindsay holds an MPH from the Colorado School of Public Health and was honored with their Alumni Hero Award in 2023 for her leadership in behavioral health systems transformation.
In her free time, she likes to go mountain biking and rafting. She also loves to nerd out about outdoor gear and bread making!
