About
Rhiannon Streight is a Research Manager at Omni, where she brings over a decade of experience in behavioral health, public health, and human services to support strategic planning, community engagement, and evaluation efforts. With deep expertise in opioid settlement funding and substance use initiatives, Rhiannon leads and supports a range of projects across the Community Health and Behavioral Health content areas. Her work includes facilitating regional opioid councils, managing complex stakeholder collaborations, and guiding the development of data-informed strategies to improve health outcomes. Rhiannon is especially skilled in qualitative analysis, group facilitation, and aligning community-informed priorities with strategic action.
Prior to joining Omni, Rhiannon served as a Senior Behavioral Health Consultant at the Steadman Group, where she led strategic planning and implementation efforts for opioid-related projects across Colorado and Kansas. She holds a Master of Public Health in Community and Behavioral Health from the Colorado School of Public Health and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Colorado State University. Rhiannon is an alum of the Regional Institute for Health and Environmental Leadership’s Advanced Leadership Training Program and is actively involved in harm reduction work through her role as Board Secretary for High Rockies Harm Reduction. She is passionate about inclusive, equity-driven processes and thrives when helping communities navigate complex health challenges with flexibility, empathy, and strategic focus.
Her two favorite hobbies are currently making pottery and surfing!
