Aaron Smith is Omni's Co-CEO and a member of the Board of Directors. He oversees Omni's internal operations, strategy & strategic planning, and enterprise growth.
Before transitioning to focus his career on social sector impact, he spent his early career in local economic development and consulting, working for regional economic development organizations and with the consulting firms Booz Allen Hamilton and Economics Research Associates/AECOM Economics. He later held internal strategy and operational leadership roles for national nonprofit organizations, including the College Board, Leadership for Educational Equity, and Beyond 12.
In his spare time, Aaron enjoys reading, cooking and baking for his family, playing lacrosse with his two daughters, and training for his next triathlon.
